Youth Mentorship

Our youth mentorship program has transformed the lives of over 800 young people across Kenya through comprehensive guidance, skills development, and leadership training. With a remarkable 95% program completion rate, our mentorship initiatives have created pathways to success for vulnerable youth aged 14-25. Our holistic approach combines academic support, life skills training, career guidance, and personal development to ensure each mentee reaches their full potential.

Our program achievements include helping 300 youth secure employment or start their own businesses, supporting 150 mentees to complete secondary education with 85% proceeding to tertiary education or vocational training. We have facilitated 50 youth-led community projects that have impacted over 2,000 community members. Through our leadership development track, 75 former mentees have become peer mentors, creating a sustainable cycle of support and guidance within their communities.

The long-term impact of our mentorship program is evident in the success stories of our alumni who have become teachers, healthcare workers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Our comprehensive approach includes monthly one-on-one sessions, group workshops, skills training in digital literacy and entrepreneurship, and networking opportunities with professionals. We have established partnerships with 25 local businesses that provide internship opportunities, while our scholarship fund has supported 100 exceptional mentees to pursue higher education, ensuring that financial barriers do not limit their potential.
