Our advocacy work has been instrumental in driving social change and policy reform across Kenya through strategic campaigns, community mobilization, and collaborative partnerships. Over the past eight years, we have led 25 major advocacy campaigns that have reached over 10,000 community members and resulted in 8 significant policy changes at local and national levels. Our advocacy focuses on children's rights, gender equality, environmental protection, and access to quality education and healthcare.

Our notable achievements include successfully advocating for the establishment of 5 new primary schools in underserved areas, leading campaigns that resulted in improved water access for 12 communities, and championing child protection policies that have been adopted by 3 county governments. We have organized 40 community forums, trained 200 community advocates, and facilitated dialogue sessions between communities and government officials that have led to increased budget allocations for social services in targeted areas.

Our advocacy approach combines grassroots mobilization with policy engagement, ensuring that community voices are heard at all levels of decision-making. We have built coalitions with 15 civil society organizations, established partnerships with media houses for amplified messaging, and created advocacy toolkits that have been adopted by other organizations. Our research and documentation efforts have produced 12 policy briefs that have informed legislative processes, while our capacity building programs have empowered local communities to advocate for their own rights and needs effectively.
